What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms:

- Any details you write about your enquiry or program
Our forms also record a timestamp and your IP address. These are used solely to filter automated spam — nothing more.
Why we collect it
For one reason: to respond to you. We use the information you submit to reply to a proposal request or to send you the Destination Guides & Planning Toolkit you asked for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for the life of an active engagement. When an enquiry is no longer active and we have no ongoing relationship, we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will act on the request.
